Our construction operation is comprised of three main divisions:

• Renovations and new build Carrying out new build and major refurbishments for commercial, local authority and insurance clients. Specialising in restoration of historically important buildings utilising the skills of our craftsmen to carry out intricate lead and slate roof details, ornate plasterwork and timber restoration.
• Insurance Division Handling medium sized reinstatements for insurance clients, mainly in domestic properties.
• Emergency Service 24 hour response, much utilised by our clients during periods of storm and flood.

          PLUMBING AND HEATING TOO         

For all aspects of plumbing and heating, from changing a washer to a full central heating system, including drain clearing and CCTV surveys. Our qualified and highly trained operatives are available on 24 hour standby to deal with emergency plumbing repairs, central heating breakdowns, blocked drains and gas leaks.

Established over 25 years, our operatives benefit from our commitment to improving standards through regular training to achieve accreditations, and training with manufacturers to improve product knowledge such as boiler fault diagnosis.

Our ongoing training programme is paying dividends with two of our apprentices achieving apprentice of the year awards in 2002.

Our main area of operation is across the central belt of Scotland.
